Briar Bestiary Collection

Originating in the ancient world, Bestiaries were made popular in the Middle Ages. Illustrated volumes described various real or imaginary animals, often having symbolic significance and accompanied by a moral lesson.

Our Briar Bestiary collection picks some of the world’s favorite representations, and brings them to life in beautiful pendants and brooches. Each pendant and brooch is made from allergen-free zinc alloy, some also with crystal embellishments.

Each pendant comes on an 18” chain, packaged with a satin bag and the pendant's meaning on an enclosed card. The brooches are packaged inside a cell bag, secured on a thick card explaining the brooch's meaning.
